Item 8.01 Other Events.

The Colonnade Office Complex Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 6.9% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of April 1, 2019 relating to the UBS Commercial Mortgage Trust 2019-C16 filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the registrant’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on April 16, 2019 (the “UBS 2019-C16 PSA”). Pursuant to Section 7.01(d) of the UBS 2019-C16 PSA, ~~Midland~~ ~~Loan~~Mount ~~Services~~Street US (Georgia) LLP, a ~~Division~~limited ofliability partnership ~~PNC~~registered ~~Bank,~~with ~~National~~the ~~Association,~~Superior aCourt ~~national banking~~of ~~association~~Cobb County, ~~was~~Georgia, was removed as special servicer of The Colonnade Office Complex Mortgage Loan and CWCapital ~~Mount~~Asset ~~Street~~Management USLLC (~~Georgia) LLP (~~“~~MSUS~~CWCAM”), a Delaware limited liability ~~partnership registered with the Superior Court of Cobb County~~company, ~~Georgia,~~ was appointed as the successor special servicer of The ~~Colonnade~~ Colonnade Office Complex Mortgage Loan under the UBS 2019-C16 PSA.

In the interest of transaction management, this Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of ~~October~~April 301, ~~2023~~2026, The Colonnade ~~Office~~ Office Complex Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the UBS 2019-C16 PSA, by ~~MSUS~~CWCAM. ~~The~~CWCAM ~~principal~~maintains ~~executive~~a ~~offices~~servicing ofoffice ~~MSUS are located~~ at ~~2839~~900 19th ~~Paces~~Street ~~Ferry Road~~NW, ~~Suite~~8th ~~200~~Floor, ~~Atlanta~~Washington, ~~Georgia~~D.C. ~~30339 and its telephone number is (816) 787-1338~~20006.
