The Americas Mart mortgage loan constituted a significant obligor within the meaning of Item 1101(k)(2) of Regulation AB as disclosed in the Prospectus Supplement filed with the SEC on February 18, 2014. The Americas Mart mortgage loan was paid in full as of November 30, 2023, and is no longer an asset of the trust.
