In~~National ~~accordance with Item 1112(b) of Regulation AB~~Association, ~~the~~as ~~most~~certificate ~~recent unaudited net operating income of the significant obligor was $64~~administrator,~~724,902.04~~ ~~for~~custodian ~~the period~~and/or ~~from January 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023.~~trustee:

In July 2022, the ~~significant~~district ~~obligor~~court ~~was~~dismissed ~~$77~~Phoenix Light’s claims and certain of the claims asserted by Commerzbank AG,~~117~~ and subsequently entered judgment in each case in favor of Wells Fargo Bank,~~068~~ N.94A. In August 2022, Phoenix Light and Commerzbank AG each appealed the district court’s decision to the United States Court of Appeals for the ~~period~~Second Circuit. Phoenix Light dismissed its ~~from~~appeal ~~January~~in 1May 2023, terminating its case. In November 2023, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. entered into an agreement with IKB to ~~September~~resolve 30IKB’s claims. Wells Fargo Bank, ~~2023~~N.A. previously settled two class actions filed by institutional investors and an action filed by the National Credit Union Administration with similar allegations.

The Garden State Plaza mortgage loan constituted a significant obligor within the meaning of Item 7.1101(k)(2) ~~Change~~of inRegulation ~~Sponsor~~AB ~~Interest~~as disclosed in the ~~Securities~~Prospectus Supplement filed with the SEC on December 23, 2013. The Garden State Plaza mortgage loan was paid in full as of December 11, 2023, and is no longer an asset of the trust.

~~None~~The Americas Mart mortgage loan constituted a significant obligor within the meaning of Item 1101(k)(2) of Regulation AB as disclosed in the Prospectus Supplement filed with the SEC on December 23, 2013. The Americas Mart mortgage loan was paid in full as of November 30, 2023, and is no longer an asset of the trust.

The Outlet Collection | Jersey Gardens mortgage loan constitutes a significant obligor within the meaning of Item 9.1101(k)(2) ~~Other~~of Regulation ~~Information~~AB as disclosed in the Prospectus Supplement filed with the SEC on December 23, 2013. The Outlet Collection | Jersey Gardens mortgage loan was paid in full as of November 16, 2020, and is no longer an asset of the trust.
