Item 1. Distribution and Pool Performance Information.

On ~~June~~July 1617, 2023 a distribution was made to holders of the certificates issued by J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Mortgage Securities Trust 2013-C13.

The distribution report is attached as an Exhibit to this Form 10-D, please see Item 10(b), Exhibit 99.1 for the related information.

No assets securitized by J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Mortgage Securities Corp. (the "Depositor") and held by J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Mortgage Securities Trust 2013-C13 were the subject of a demand to repurchase or replace for breach of the representations and warranties contained in the underlying transaction documents during the monthly distribution period from ~~May~~June 1817, 2023 to ~~June~~July 1617, 2023.

The Americold Cold Storage Portfolio Mortgage Loan (Loan #1 on Annex A-1 to the Prospectus Supplement of the registrant relating to the issuing entity filed on July 11, 2013 pursuant to Rule 424(b)(5)), which represented 10% or more of the pool assets held by the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is no longer a pool asset.
