The RSUs are accompanied by dividend equivalent rights. All 30,000 RSUs vested on May 14, 2024 . Mr. Gundumogula, the Reporting Person, may be deemed to have shared beneficial ownership with respect to these shares. Mr. Gundumogula disclaims beneficial ownership of any shares of Common Stock other than to the extent he may have a pecuniary interest therein, directly or indirectly, by virtue of his ability to exercise voting or investment power over such shares of Common Stock.
