On October 15, 2025, GCM Grosvenor Inc. (the “Company”) posted a presentation to the Public Shareholders section of its website at www.gcmgrosvenor.com/public-shareholders. This presentation will be used during its previously announced Investor Day scheduled for today, October 15, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. E.T. A live webcast of the event will be available on the Public Shareholders section of its website. A replay will also be available on the Company’s website following the conclusion of the event. On October 14, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Company approved a cash dividend of $0.12 per share of Class A common stock payable on December 15, 2025 to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2025, which represents an increase of $0.01 from the prior quarterly dividend of $0.11.
