On November 5, 2025, the board of directors of Sonder Holdings Inc. determined to postpone the 2025 annual meeting of stockholders scheduled for November 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) to a date to be determined. Stockholders will be notified in accordance with applicable requirements once a new meeting date has been determined.
