Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Driven Brands Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) previously disclosed that it would release its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 27, 2025 before market open on February 25, 2026 and host a conference call at 8:30 a.m. ET to review the Company’s financial and operating performance. In connection with the matters discussed in the Current Report filed under Item 4.02 on February 25, 2026, the Company is delaying the release of these financial results and the conference call.
