Item 2.02.			Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 9, 2024, Golub Capital BDC 3, Inc. will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for its second fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2024. In connection therewith, Golub Capital BDC 3, Inc. is providing an earnings presentation to its shareholders of record as of March 31, 2024. A copy of the earnings presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
