On February 25, 2026, Hamilton Beach Brands Holding Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by reference.
