On ~~June~~July 2818, 2022, wethe ~~entered~~Board ~~into~~of anDirectors ~~agreement~~of ~~with~~Sincerity ~~Simcor (Jiangsu)~~ Applied Materials ~~Technology~~Holdings ~~Ltd~~Corp. (“~~SMTL~~SINC” ~~or the "Company"~~)~~, a~~ ~~company~~received ~~formed in~~ the ~~Peoples~~formal ~~Republic~~resignation ofletter ~~China~~from ~~with~~ its independent registered ~~address~~public ~~at Rom 407, Level 4, Building A, Zhongchuang Service Center,~~accounting ~~No. 1 Xihu Road~~firm, ~~Wujin~~SW ~~National~~Audit ~~Hi-Tech Industrial Zone, pursuant to which we amended~~ (~~“amended~~Formerly ~~agreement”~~ShineWing Australia) ~~the~~effective ~~Stock Purchase Agreement dated August 20, 2020~~immediately.

~~The~~SW ~~amended~~Audit ~~agreement~~is ~~updates~~a ~~the~~medium ~~closing~~sized ~~provisions~~firm and are currently facing staff shortages and constraints being experienced in Australia because of ~~acquisition~~the ~~which~~COVID-19 ~~allows~~Global ~~fast~~Pandemic ~~tracking~~and ~~SIMCOR~~consequently ~~acquisition~~are unable continue as SINC’s Statutory Auditor due to their inability to provide any certainty over when they could commence or complete SINC’s Statutory Audit.

We SW Audit noted there are ~~preparing~~no ~~all~~other ~~necessary~~material ~~documents~~reasons for our resignation and ~~having~~confirmed ~~them~~that ~~certified~~there were no circumstances connected with ~~Chinese~~their ~~embassy~~resignation inwhich USthey ~~for~~considered ~~final~~should ~~closing~~be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company and that there has been no disagreement with Management or the Directors.

The Company provided SW Audit with a copy of the disclosures it is making in this Current Report on Form 8-K and requested that SW Audit furnish a letter addressed to the Securities and Exchange Commission stating whether or not it agrees with the statements made herein. A copy of SW Audit letter dated July 26, 2022 is attached as Exhibit 16.1 hereto.

While the Company has not engaged a new independent registered public accounting firm, it has begun a search process to identify SW Audit’s successor. The Company will disclose its engagement of a new independent registered public accounting firm once the process has been completed and as required by Securities and Exchange Commission’s rules and regulations.
