The shares were valued at the closing traded price of the Company's common stock on October 26, 2020 of $8.07 per share.
- [F2]The original Form 4, filed on October 28, 2020, is being amended by this Form 4 amendment solely to correct an administrative error, which failed to include the grant of 7,000 shares of restricted stock referenced herein. As a result of this administrative error, the number of shares beneficially owned by the reporting person following the corrected transaction reflects an increase in the number of shares reported as beneficially owned by the reporting person by 7,000 shares.
