On May 9, 2018, Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (“Pinnacle”), issued a press release announcing the “Results of Operations and Financial Condition” for the first quarter ended March 31, 2018. A copy of this press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
