On October 1, 2025, WillScot Holdings Corporation (the "Company") moved its headquarters and changed its principal mailing address to 6400 E McDowell Road, Suite 300, Scottsdale, Arizona, 85257. There is no change to the Company's telephone number. Future correspondence from stockholders and others to the Company may be directed to this address.
