On October 5, 2018, Concordia International Corp. (the “Corporation”) issued a notice of meeting and record date relating to a special meeting of shareholders of the Corporation to be held on November 29, 2018. In addition, the Corporation issued a press release announcing that the purpose of the special meeting was to ask shareholders to approve a name change of the Corporation.
