Effective June 27, 2019, Mrs. Deirdre Fernandes has resigned as the VP of Operations and director of the Company, Apotheca Biosciences. The decision was based on personal matters not related to any disagreement with the Company. The Company is in the final selection process for its Chief Operating Officer which will replace the VP of Operations role.
