With respect to the portfolio of properties securing the Illinois Center mortgage loan, the most recent unaudited net operating income was $3,602,792 from January 01, 2025 through September 30, 2025. There is no material update at this time.

With respect to the portfolio of properties securing the Hammons Hotel Portfolio mortgage loan, the most recent unaudited net operating income was $40,779,303 from January 01, 2024 through December 31, 2024. There is no material update at this time.
