The property securing the 28-40 West 23rd Street mortgage loan constitutes a significant obligor within the meaning of Item 1101(k)(2) of Regulation AB and as disclosed in the Prospectus Supplement for Citigroup Commercial Mortgage Trust 2014-GC23 filed on August 7, 2014.The 28-40 West 23rd Street mortgage loan was defeased on April 5, 2024 and consequently is no longer an asset of the trust, and the related property is no longer considered a significant obligor with respect to the trust.
