On February 25, 2026, agilon health, inc. (the “Company”), a Delaware corporation, issued a press release setting forth its financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
