On October 30, 2025, Ingram Micro Holding Corporation (“Ingram Micro” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the Thirteen Weeks and Thirty-Nine Weeks Ended September 27, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
