Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 29, 2025, Installed Building Products (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.37 per share payable on December 31, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2025. A copy of the announcement press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1.
