On October 29, 2025, Verano Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Earnings Press Release”) announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the Earnings Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
