Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 17, 2025, Five Star Bancorp (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable to the Company’s shareholders of record as of November 3, 2025 and is expected to be paid on November 10, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
