On August 3, 2021, QTS Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the Company’s Second Quarter 2021 Supplemental Information is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
