On October 30, 2025, CSW Industrials, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal second quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
