On October 27, 2017, Allan Rothstein resigned from the Board of Directors of Enumeral Biomedical Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Rothstein’s resignation was not the result of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
