On August 10, 2021, Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated issued a press release announcing the expiration of the required waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 regarding the acquisition by Sitel Group. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
