On July 30, 2025, Franklin BSP Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and supplemental slide presentation reporting the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Copies of the press release and supplemental slide presentation are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
