- [F1]The restricted stock unit (RSU) award vesting commencement date shall be September 16, 2024. 1/4th of the shares subject to the RSU shall vest on each of the first, second, third and fourth anniversaries of the first day of the month in which the RSU was granted, subject to the continuous service of the recipient to the Issuer.
- [F2]The option vesting commencement date shall be September 16, 2024. The options shall have a term of 10 years from the date of grant, subject to continuous service of the optionee to the Issuer.
