The issuer subsequently determined that an error was made in the calculation of the number of common shares issued and on April 5, 2024, an additional 694 common shares of the Issuer were received by the Reporting Person related to the exchange for shares of common stock of the acquired company held by the Reporting Person in a transaction approved by the Board of the Issuer pursuant to Rule 16b-3.
