On May 8, 2025, Owens & Minor, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025. The Company is furnishing the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 pursuant to Item 2.02 of Form 8-K.
