~~Dismissal~~ On December 2, 2013, upon the approval of ~~Previous~~its ~~Independent~~Board ~~Registered~~of ~~Public~~Directors, ~~Accounting~~Hengyi ~~Firm~~International Industries Group Inc.(the “Company”) dismissed RBSM LLP (“RBSM”) as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm. RBSM had served as the Company’s independent registered public accountant since its engagement on April 8, 2013.

~~Effective April~~During 8the interim period ended March 31, 2013 and June 30, ~~upon~~2013 and through the ~~approval~~date of ~~the~~this ~~board~~report, ofthere ~~directors~~were no disagreements (as defined in Item 304(a)(1)(iv) of Regulation S-K) between the Company and RBSM on any matter of accounting principles or practices, ~~the~~ ~~Company~~financial ~~dismissed~~statement ~~Kingery~~disclosure, auditing &scope ~~Crouse~~or PAprocedure, which disagreements, if not resolved to the satisfaction of RBSM, would have caused it to make reference asto the ~~Company’s~~subject ~~independent~~matter ~~registered~~of ~~public~~the ~~accountant~~disagreement in their reports on financial statements for such periods.
