On March 9, 2020, Gianfranco “John” Bentivoglio, director of SKYE Life Ventures Ltd. (the “Company”) resigned effective immediately.

The Company’s news release relating to Mr. Bentivoglio’s removal is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 5.02.
