Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(a) On September 27^th 2018, Ronald E. Hughes has changed his title and position of the Company. Ronald has interviewed candidates for the role and has with unanimous Board approval, appoints Jerome Talbot as a director and officer, and newly appointed CEO and president of You Han Data Tech Company Ltd. (“YHDT”). There is defined term of the appointment for 1 year, subject to the board decision as per.

(b) On September 27^th 2018, Ronald Hughes has changed his role to director Secretary; it may be an interim role. There is no defined term of this appointment.

Item 8.01 Other Items.

The company is currently formulating a mission statement for itself, and concurrently itemizing the actions needed to perform for YHDT to be in good standing.
