Item 5.02	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(a) On January 17^th 2018, Ronald Hughes was appointed sole director and officer, and CEO and president of You Han Data Tech Company Ltd. (“YHDT”).

(b) On January 17th, 2018, Meng Hao notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of YHDT. (“YHDT” or “us” or “we” or “our”) retires as a director of the YHDT Board and does not wish to seek re-election or appointment of another officer director position. Meng Hao’s term as a director will end immediately.

This 8-K is being filed to restate the appointment of Ronald Hughes as sole director and officer and CEO and President of You Han Data Tech Company Ltd. A falsified / unauthorized resignation was circulated that Ronald Hughes had resigned on January 19, 2018, a day after appointment, which is not the case.
