Item 8.01 Other Events

RREEF Property Trust, Inc. (the "Company") has declared an additional distribution to all holders of common stock as of November 12, 2025 in the amount of $0.0900 per share for each share class. The distribution per share of each class of the Company's common stock is payable on November 13, 2025. This distribution helps ensure that the Company distributes all of the net capital gains realized during the year ended December 31, 2025 from sales of its real estate investments. With respect to the year ended December 31, 2025, while the characterization of the distributions paid during such year will be finalized in early January 2026, the Company anticipates that the distributions for the year ended December 31, 2025 will be comprised of approximately 80% long-term capital gain and 20% return of capital.
