On October 28, 2025, Sound Financial Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), (Nasdaq: SFBC), the holding company of Sound Community Bank, issued its earnings press release announcing financial results for the third quarter and period ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On October 28, 2025, the Company announced its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on Company common stock of $0.19 per share, payable on November 21, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 07, 2025.
