On August 6, 2025, Vital Energy, Inc. (the "Company") announced its financial and operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. A copy of the Company's press release has been furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
