On March 5, 2026, Monroe Capital Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
