(b) Departure of Officer

On May 16, 2025, Michael Urlick informed Clearwater Paper Company (the “Company”) that he intends to resign from his position as Senior Vice President, Commercial of the Company to pursue a new opportunity. Mr. Urlick’s resignation will be effective as of the close of business on June 13, 2025.
