On February 25, 2026, Summit Hotel Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the consolidated operating results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2025. The press release referred to supplemental financial information for the fourth quarter and full year 2025 that is available on the Company’s website at www.shpreit.com. A copy of the press release and the supplemental financial information are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Report.
