Retirement of Director Susan Ocampo

On August 4, 2025, Susan Ocampo notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. (“MACOM”) of her decision to retire from the Board, effective August 31, 2025. Mrs. Ocampo’s decision to retire is not due to any disagreement with MACOM on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
