(NYSE American: TCGL) (“TechCreate” or the “Company”), the Company received inquiries from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) and NYSE American LLC (“NYSE American”). The Company responded to the SEC on February 13, 2026 and to NYSE American on February 17, 2026. As disclosed in ~~the press release furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to~~ this ~~report,~~Report ~~the~~on ~~Company~~Form stated that it is not aware of any material nonpublic information that has not been publicly disclosed that would account for the recent trading activity. Trading in the Company’s ordinary shares will remain suspended pending the completion of NYSE American’s review.6-K
