On February 25, 2026, the Company issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its engagement of SBC Investor Relations as advisors and Crescendo Communications to support the Company’s investor outreach, strategic communications and broader market awareness initiatives. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. The Press Release is incorporated herein by reference.
