Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 14, 2025, Addentax Group Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it is in discussions with KINGS UNITED HOLDING LIMITED regarding a potential strategic cooperation focused on integrating the Web3.0 payment infrastructure and Real-World Asset (“RWA”) enablement within the Company’s supply-chain and settlement ecosystem. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
