Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements with Certain Officers

On April 15, 2022, Deborah Fuhr submitted her resignation as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of LGBTQ Loyalty Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Ms. Fuhr submitted her resignation to pursue other interests. The Company’s Board accepted Ms. Fuhr’s resignation and expressed its appreciation for the services she provided to the Company.

At this time, the Company is not actively seeking a replacement on the Board for Ms. Fuhr.
