- [F1]On April 1, 2021, Hy-Cyte, Inc. (the "Company) issued to Jeremy Daniel options (the "Options") to purchase 5,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock at an exercise price of $0.07. The Options shall be exercisable with respect to 25% of the Option Shares on the twelve (12) month anniversary of the Date of Grant, and the remaining 75% of the Option Shares shall become exercisable in 12 equal quarterly installments thereafter on the final day of each fiscal quarter, in each case, so long as Mr. Daniel remains an employee of the Company or a subsidiary thereof on each such date.
