On February 26, 2021, First Choice Bancorp (NASDAQ: FCBP), the holding company for First Choice Bank, issued a press release providing an update on the Bank’s participation in the latest rounds of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Paycheck Protection Program. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
