Effective May 10, 2017, each of David R. LaVance, Anthony Giordano III and David N. Harry resigned from the board of directors of Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (the “Company”).

OnAs ~~March~~a ~~14,~~result ~~2017, I.E.T., Inc., the wholly-owned subsidiary~~ of ~~Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (collectively referred to herein as~~ the “Company~~”),~~’s ~~closed~~inability onto asecure ~~Registration~~additional ~~Transfer~~financing ~~Agreement (the ‘Transfer Agreement”) and a Data License and Assignment Agreement (the “Data Agreement”) with a third-party company. Pursuant~~ to ~~the~~fund ~~Transfer Agreement, the Company transferred~~ its ~~United~~operations ~~States~~or ~~Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) Registration number 83241-4, for Excelyte® VET,~~ to asecure ~~third-party company for~~ a ~~one-time~~merger ~~fee~~or ~~of $125~~acquisition partner,~~000~~ ~~(the~~effective ~~“Transfer~~May ~~Price”). $75~~15,~~000~~ ~~of the Transfer Price was paid on March 14~~2017, ~~2017 and~~ the ~~remaining $50,000 is due on or before April 9, 2017. The~~ Company ~~still~~closed ~~maintains ownership of~~ its ~~core~~operational ~~EPA~~facilities ~~Registration~~and ~~No.~~terminated ~~82341-1~~the ~~for~~services ~~Excelyte®~~of asall apersonnel ~~tuberculocidal hospital-level, hard non-porous~~that ~~surface~~supported ~~disinfectant~~its ~~and~~field ~~for use in oil and gas applications as a hydrogen sulfide (HsS) scavenger/eliminator and biocide~~operations. ~~Pursuant~~ toThe ~~the Data Agreement, the~~ Company ~~granted~~is ~~the~~in ~~third-party company a non-exclusive license to utilize certain efficacy test data that~~ the ~~Company~~process ~~owns for a one-time fee~~ of ~~$25,000,~~winding ~~payable~~down onits orremaining ~~before April 24, 2017~~operations.
