Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 12, 2025, GlobalTech Corporation (“GlobalTech” or the “Company”) issued a press release disclosing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release, which includes a summary of such financial results, is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
